Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
1.1 This Cancellation Policy applies to all technology services engagements and workshop registrations with Tedora Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U72900KA2019PTC125184), operating as Tedora Tech ("we", "us", "our").
1.2 Services covered include: software and cloud architecture, web development, mobile application development, AI integration, AI chatbot implementation, cloud engineering, and related technology workshops and training programmes.
2. Cancellation by Client — Technology Services
2.1 How to Cancel
2.1.1 To cancel a technology services engagement (software development, web, mobile, AI, cloud, or chatbot project), you must notify us in writing by emailing admin@tedoratech.com with the subject line: Cancellation Request — [Your Project/Invoice ID].
2.2 Before Work Commences
2.2.1 If a cancellation request is received within 2 business days of the initial payment and before any project work has commenced (including kick-off, discovery, or design), we will process a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
2.3 After Work Has Commenced
2.3.1 If project work has commenced, cancellation will be accepted, but cancellation fees will apply based on the work completed and resources already allocated at the time of the cancellation notice.
2.3.2 The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
- Discovery / Planning phase: Up to 25% of the total project fee
- Design / Architecture phase: Up to 50% of the total project fee
- Development phase commenced: Up to 100% of the milestone fee for that phase, plus any third-party costs incurred
2.3.3 Exact cancellation fees will be communicated to you in writing within 2 business days of receiving your cancellation request, based on an assessment of work completed.
2.4 Deliverables on Cancellation
2.4.1 Upon receiving a valid cancellation request and settling any applicable fees, Tedora Technologies will provide you with all completed deliverables and work product generated up to the point of cancellation.
3. Cancellation by Client — Workshops & Training
3.1 How to Cancel a Workshop Registration
3.1.1 To cancel your registration for a workshop or training programme, you must notify us in writing at admin@tedoratech.com before the workshop's scheduled start date and time.
3.2 Cancellation Timeframes
- More than 48 hours before the workshop: Full refund issued
- Within 48 hours of the workshop: No refund. A credit toward a future session may be offered at our discretion.
- No-show (without prior notice): No refund or credit.
4. Cancellation by Tedora Technologies
4.1 Service Engagement Cancellation
4.1.1 Tedora Technologies reserves the right to cancel a service engagement if the client fails to provide necessary information, approvals, or access required for project delivery within an agreed timeframe, or if the project scope changes materially from the original agreement. In such cases, fees for work already completed are non-refundable.
4.2 Workshop Cancellation
4.2.1 Tedora Technologies reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient registrations, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events.
4.2.2 In the event of a company-initiated workshop cancellation, all registered participants will be notified by email promptly, and a full refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.
5. Retainer and Ongoing Support Contracts
5.1 For monthly retainer or ongoing support contracts, either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days' written notice.
5.2 Fees already paid for the current active month are non-refundable. Fees paid in advance beyond the notice period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
