Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: Due to the bespoke and labour-intensive nature of custom software and technology services, all fees paid to Tedora Technologies Pvt Ltd are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except in the specific circumstances described in Section 3 below.
1. Overview
1.1 Tedora Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U72900KA2019PTC125184), operating as Tedora Tech, provides bespoke software development, web and mobile application development, AI integration, cloud engineering, chatbot implementation, and related technology services (collectively, "Services"), as well as workshops and training programmes ("Workshops").
1.2 All payments for our Services and Workshops are processed through Razorpay Payment Solutions Private Limited. By making a payment, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our full Terms of Service.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Technology Services (Software, Web, Mobile, AI, Cloud)
2.1.1 A refund request for any technology service engagement may be submitted within 2 business days of the initial payment, provided that project work (including discovery, architecture planning, or design) has not yet commenced.
2.1.2 Once project work has commenced — including kick-off meetings, requirement gathering, architecture design, or any development activity — the payment for that milestone or phase is non-refundable, as costs have been incurred.
2.1.3 For milestone-based project agreements, each milestone payment is assessed independently. Payments for completed or in-progress milestones are non-refundable.
2.2 Workshops and Training Programmes
2.2.1 A full refund will be issued for workshop registrations cancelled in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop start date and time.
2.2.2 No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop start, or for no-shows. In such cases, we may offer a credit toward a future workshop session at our discretion.
2.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Payments for any completed deliverable or milestone
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (cloud infrastructure, domain registrations, third-party licences, API credits)
- Workshop registrations cancelled within 48 hours of the start time
- Retainer or maintenance contract fees for periods already rendered
3. Exceptions — When a Refund Will Be Issued
Notwithstanding the general policy above, Tedora Technologies will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
3.1 Duplicate Payment
3.1.1 If you have been charged more than once for the same service or workshop due to a payment system error, we will refund the duplicate amount in full. Please write to admin@tedoratech.com with your payment receipts.
3.2 Service Not Delivered
3.2.1 If Tedora Technologies is unable to commence or deliver a contracted service within the agreed timeline due to reasons attributable solely to us, you may request a full or partial refund proportional to the undelivered scope, subject to our assessment.
3.3 Company-Cancelled Workshop
3.3.1 If Tedora Technologies cancels a workshop for any reason (insufficient registrations, instructor unavailability, force majeure), all registered participants will receive a full refund. We will notify affected participants by email promptly upon cancellation.
4. How to Request a Refund
4.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@tedoratech.com with the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Invoice/Order ID].
4.2 Your request must include:
- Your full name and registered email address
- Invoice or Razorpay Order ID
- Service or workshop for which a refund is requested
- Detailed reason for the refund request
4.3 We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and communicate our decision within 7 business days of receipt.
5. Refund Process and Timeline
5.1 Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet) within 10 business days of approval.
5.2 Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect the credit in your account. This is outside our control.
5.3 All refunds are issued in Indian Rupees (INR). Tedora Technologies is not responsible for any currency conversion differences.
